International Cuisines

Here are a few samplings from our International classes.

Salmon Ossobuco$7.95

Salmon fillet wrapped with fresh smoked leeks and topped with a rendered bacon and tarragon butter. Served with seasonal vegetables and rice pilaf.

Chicken and Green Curry Stir Fry$6.95

A fried rice noodle bowl topped with chicken or shrimp, sautéed vegetables in a traditional green curry and coconut sauce garnished with Thai basil.

Prosciutto Stuffed Eggplant$8.95

Crunchy breaded Eggplant stuffed with prosciutto, roasted red pepper, mozzarella and fresh basiltopped with marinara and parmesan cheese served with house made linguini and vegetable of the day.

Brisket Tacos$6.95

Two freshly made corn tortilla filled with shredded BBQ brisket crème fraiche slaw, pico de gallo and avocado. Served with poblano rice, salsa and fried plantains.
